Hey there, I’m Michelle. I’m a franco-ontarian who loves the sound of the bagpipes, having grown up in Maxville, Ontario.
My passions include my boys (my hubby & our 2 sons), reading, writing & Toastmasters. I also love teaching women the art of Lasting, Diet-Free Weight Loss.
My own journey began over 25 years ago when I stepped into a Weight Watchers meeting for the first time, at the age of 13. I spent the next 2 decades struggling with overeating & dieting, and trying to lose weight. I thought I figured it out in my mid-twenties, with another round of Weight Watchers and hitting the gym 5 days a week, but then I became a mother and my life blew up in the worst and best way.
I was at my heaviest weight and lowest point, and then discovered the power of coaching, inner body wisdom and mindset. I lost 75 pounds and haven't looked back!
I now coach women who are done with diets and are ready to become the Queen of their body and life.
